Established

Despite the fact that Tom and I only get to talk every few days and will not be within 50 miles of each other (as it were) for another three weeks, I am very secure and established and not overwhelmed by it.

I must say, this has to be my most successful relationship to date. If you don't mind my saying, kudos to me, for changing my ways and not allowing the presence of a man in my life consume me, as it once did.

New year. New me (and yet, not). New opportunites.
